There’s never a better reason to hang out with your gal palz then the pure promise of the destination of food.
And when I say food, I mean every single cuisine you could think of… times by 2 then add a sprinkle of live music and a smashing of people.
And that my friends is when we get the Queen Victoria Night Markets.

Never have there been;
a) so many food choices to make, that it makes an indecisive person like me wanna buy everything. single. thing.
b) such an experience for the senses – one minute pig on a rotisserie nek minute dutch pancakes
c) people EVERYWHERE. We literally made a conga line… which barely was able to stay linked. Cray cray I know.

But ya know what? Despite the masses of people we actually got our food in the flashes of flashes. I kid you not.
We lined up for doughnuts, drowned in oh so beautiful nutella (pictured above ^^ ), in a line which was like a kilometre long (okay, yep, definitely exaggerating, but it twas long) and within minutes those bad boys were bought. And within minutes were consumed as well…. gals gotta do what a gals gotta do.

You know that good full feeling you get?
Where you’ve eaten so much but you can really just feel your tummy smiling right up at you saying “good job boss, you da best”.
Well… that pretty much sums the end of the night.. oh and also a late night song rave in the car, but what would a good ol’ night on the town be without one, amma right?

PS; thank-you to ma ever kind gal palz for being such skilled hand models … I know it took every inch of self control to not eat the food straight away… reeespeccctttt

Thanks for stopping by!

My sister in law (Canadian) and brother are coming from Canada for a visit in November and I now have plans to take Mum and the SIL to the night market for a girls night. :) Made my day seeing your post, Thanks again.
